HERE’S HOW TO GET STARTED:- Once you've read through the terms and conditions of service located below the FAQ, please send me an email to adrianalikestea (AT) gmail (DOT) com to discuss the type of commission you want, the character you want me to draw, any questions you might have, etc. Once we hash out the details, I'll need you to send me 50% of the payment upfront and visual references of your character so I can get started. Then I'll get to work!- The process should go as follows: I'll draw some rough sketches/thumbnails to brainstorm, then send them to you for feedback. After we've decided on a final pose, I'll flesh it out then send once more for any revisions it might need. After this stage is approved, I'll keep working on it until it is finished. When I'm done I'll send you a low-res watermarked version for you to look at, and once I receive the second half of the payment I'll send you the final, high-res version of the artwork with no watermark. I'm a storyboard artist and revisionist in the animation industry with well over a decade of experience. I've worked in a variety of animated TV shows such as Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire, Cyberchase, Care Bears: Unlock the Magic, Pikwik Pack, Magic School Bus Rides Again, Arthur, Corner Gas: Animated, Johnny Test, and many more!____________________________Terms and Conditions of Service:PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By contacting me you are agreeing to the terms below:- The prices listed above are a base guideline and subject to change based on the level of complexity of each commission (ie. detailed clothing/armour, complicated prop/weapon, etc).
- Pricing is for ONE character per commission with no background or a simple BG splash/marquee/detail. A small pet or animal companion may be added for an extra fee (to be determined based on complexity).
- Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Please do not reproduce and/or use my work for profit! If you wish to hire me for commercial purposes, please email me to discuss.
- Absolutely DO NOT feed any of my art into any kind of AI. DO NOT use as NFT.
- You will receive a high resolution (300dpi) digital file of the artwork in the commission type you request. I will only deliver the final product after the full commission fee has been paid.
- Paypal or e-transfers only. A non-refundable payment of 50% of the commission price is due before I begin any work. The remaining 50% of the payment is due before the client receives the final artwork. Please use my email address (adrianalikestea AT gmail DOT com) for either form of payment.
- Client MUST provide visual references for their character (artwork, photos, etc).
- Pricing includes ONLY ONE round of revisions. Any more beyond that are subject to extra charge.
- If a commissioned piece has an intended deadline, please reach out to me minimum one week before it's due. Otherwise I may not be able to accommodate you.
- No drawings or caricatures of real people. No fanart of already-existing properties. Original characters only (ie. TTRPGs, video game avatars, etc).
- While clients retain full copyright of their own character(s) at all times, I reserve the right to use commissioned work as portfolio samples and social media promotion.
- No NSFW, violence or gore. No overly complicated mecha or vehicles (not my forte, unfortunately!)
- Completion time frame may vary depending on the type of commission a client orders and how much is on my plate; email me to discuss! Either way I will do my best to keep you updated as I go.
- I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission work at any time. If it happens early on (i.e. you've paid half upfront but I've done no work for you), you'll receive a refund. However if I've already started to work on your commission, the half payment remains non-refundable as a kill fee.
- Likewise, the client has the right to refuse or reject the commissioned work at any stage. However -- as stated above -- if by that point I've already invested time and effort on the artwork, the 50% payment made up front remains non-refundable as a kill fee.
